Steel frame-concrete tube hybrid structure is a new structure system in our country that develops rapidly in recent years. The study of vertical deformation analysis and the node tower crane attached to in high-rise hybrid structure is a very important element. Based on the engineering background of an office building, the vertical deformation analysis of super high-rise hybrid structure and the influence of the external climbing tower crane support frame on the core tube were studied in this paper. The main contents and conclusions were as follows:(1) Taking a300m high office building as example, without considering the deformation of foundation settlement, applying European concrete structural model code CEB-FIP (MC90) for concrete shrinkage and creep effect, the influence of time-varying factors and engineering measures, such as concrete shrinkage and creep, construction rate, construction leveling and construction layers core tube ahead of frame columns, were studied adopting finite element analysis software MIDAS/Gen and the conclusions were as follows:the analysis results of the whole structure model were found to be significantly different from the construction model and the latter which considered concrete shrinkage and creep should be adopted, construction rate showed little effect on the vertical deformation of the structure; the more the construction layers core tube ahead of frame columns, the more beneficial to reduce the vertical deformation difference between steel frame columns and core tube; shrinkage and creep of concrete increase the difference between core tube and frame columns, as time the structure was completed go on, structure deformation difference between steel frame columns and core tube would increase due to shrinkage and creep effect; shrinkage and creep of concrete led to change of support shear force and negative moment in the beam which was connected with the core tube and the outer frame, the support shear force and negative moment in the beam connected the outer frame was reduced, and while, and that connected the core tube was increased.(2) Combined with engineering example, climbing tower crane supporting frame model was established and the mechanical properties of embedded parts in the nodes and its impact on the anti-punching performance of the attachment wall was analyzed. Then a program of climbing tower crane support frame strengthened with prestressed cable was proposed, the strengthened support frame changed the force situation in the nodes and ensured node security for avoiding the cracking of the concrete attached wall.
