| Prestressed anchor cable of supporting system and underground continuous wall arecommonly used to construct the deep foundation pit bracing. The application scope of stratumof anchor cable construction technology is impervious soil or low head in the sand, e.g. claysoil. Under the normal circumstances, the key lies in whether the anchor constructiontechnology in the soil smooth bore. As to above layer conditions, the conventional anchorhole construction technology can meet the requirement. However, when it comes to thegeological conditions of high head rich thick fine sand, conventional anchor hole formingtechnology is incapable of acting well, and unable to ensure smooth hole anchor. Therefore,adaptive anchor hole technology has been came into being.Adaptive anchor hole construction process and technology has been described in detailin this paper, and applied in the practical engineering successful. Under geological conditionsin high head water rich sand layer station, adaptive anchor hole technology has been becamemore clever and effective. Compared with the conventional drilling technology, the newtechnology has been proved more convenient in construction, guaranteed the hole formingrate, and good economic benefit.Additional, theoretical and numerical have been analysed the possible problems whennew technology applied in practice project. Firstly, based on the fluid dynamics, theoreticalanalysed the drill rod stability when it drills into soil during anchor hole, deduced thenecessary condition of the anchor hole stability: secondly, numerical analysed the deformationof soil into the hole, the deformation pattern of soil under the new technology has beendiscussed; finally, numerical analysed of the anchor hole and mud, and it has been proposedthe soil particles in anchor hole flow regulation and the deformation of anchor hole. |
