The pre-stressed concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel web is a kind newbridge type which combines concrete with steel effectively, and its structure has advantagessuch as light beautiful, clear force, high efficiency, no cracks in webs of pre-stressed and other.Due to the limit of less used at home, the level of design and construction is low and needs tobe further improved. Based on the summary of analysis of the previous research results andthe various construction and design related standards, the web stability problem of PCcomposite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is Analyzed and calculated bysoftware of finite element analysis. The main work completed is as follows:1This paper first reviews the history of development and application about the boxgirder of corrugated steel web, and then makes research on calculation of local bucklingstrength, buckling strength calculation and synthesis buckling strength, of which the threeaspects are completely considered through calculating the stability of box girder of corrugatedsteel web on the basis of theoretical formulas, at last summarizes the calculation formula ofelastic and non elastic line situation and derives of differences of the main calculation formulaby using different examples which are calculated and compared.2Based on the theoretical formula, a space model of box girder with corrugated steelweb is acquired by using ANSYS finite element software. The characteristic value of bucklingis analyzed under the linear elastic condition, and model analysis of the impact plate thickness,wave height, angle, length, and height of the web plate and the plate diaphragm web of boxgirder with corrugated steel on the buckling modes and buckling limit load analysis andsummarizes the rules, compared with the theoretical value, referring to the size model of YanBai Yellow River bridge in Lanzhou city and Juan Cheng Yellow River highway bridge andother bridges.3Based on the premise of the buckling analysis of characteristic value, the analysis ofthe function of ANSYS nonlinear buckling of box girder with corrugated steel web,considering the initial geometric imperfections, plastic material, geometry nonlinear and largedeformation effect, with the arc length method of box girder bridge with corrugated steelwebs of the whole web buckling response to analyze. Study and analysis of influence ofheight and diaphragm spacing changes in non-linear elastic conditions of box girder withcorrugated steel web about its plate thickness, wave height, corrugated angle, straight length,web height, this paper calculates and analyzes these effects of the buckling modes andbuckling load limit, then summaries the change variation.4Through analysis and compare results of the linear elastic and nonlinear, andcombining with the theoretical formula of linear elastic analysis and nonlinear analysis, thedifference can derive from these results.This paper hopes to provide some theoretical reference for the design and construction of the same type bridge through study on line elastic and nonlinear analysis on the stability ofthe box girder with corrugated steel web.
