With the prosperous development of the world dredging industry,there promotesthe upgrading of dredging equipment. Grab dredger the common dredging equipmentis advancing in the direction of large-scale,high-intelligent,low-energy so that it cancomplete scales of dredging engineering. Grab dredger which realizes the workingcondition of flating dredging can significantly reduced the cost for flating seabeddredging engineering,but our country usually introduces the technology of flatingdredging from foreign country.In order to break through the main technicalspecification of flating dredging for grab dredger,and to break the blockadetechnology of foreign similar related product,so that to realize the similar relatedproduct localization,the increasing investment in research and development isneeded.So,it has great significance to research on the working condition of flatingdredging for the dredging grab.Researching on the3.5m3grab size with long arms and double jaws,analysingthe displacement compensation and motion relation between the hoisting wires andthe closing wires with the flating dredging tolerance of±50mm,so as to surpass theforeign similar related technology with tolerance of±100mm.This paper mainly didfollowing research:Firstly,combined the working principle and the stracture drawing of thedredging grab,established it kinematic equations,used Matlab language calculatingdigging curve.Secondly, made the motion of closing wires(velocity time formula anddisplacement time formula) as an initial condition,calculated the velocity timeformula and displacement time formula of the hoisting wires.Thirdly,built the model of the dredging grab in Solidworks software,andimported it into ADAMS,then added pulley and rope system. Analysed the force ondredging grab when it worked,with the consideration of the flowing water andbuoyancy,simulated the working condition of flating dredging for the dredging grab.Fourthly,compared the simulated flating dredging curve with the designrequirement tolerance of±50mm,the deviation was so large that the displacement compensation needed further amended.The velocity time formula and displacementtime formula of the hoisting wires also needed to be further calculated.Fifthly, simulated the working condition of flating dredging for the dredginggrab again and compared the simulated flating dredging curve with the designrequirement tolerance.This time got the needed flating dredging curve,also got theswing curve of dredging grab toward the flowing water and the force of the hoistingwires and the closing wires.Through the research,it verified feasibility of the method on researching theflating dredging for the dredging grab.It also provides a theoretical basis andreference method for the technology of flating dredging.
