The service object of dredging industry is also facing increasingly diversified trend while dredging industry in the service of their traditional port construction, such as oil and gas pipelines underwater trench excavation, inland lake management, immersed tube tunnel across the river foundation trench excavation, land reclamation, etc. The above-mentioned changes have brought unprecedented development opportunities for dredging industry, but also brought some challenges of new technology. The traditional dredger construction technology and construction method faces many challenges in order to meet the needs of different types of engineering and technology in the face of the complex construction environment and geological conditions, as well as the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. Due to the long construction period, big investment, high design requirement, the purpose of a single project to carry out the special construction of the dredging equipment does not conform to the requirements of sustainable healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, it is an important development direction for domestic dredging company adapt to market demand and equipment research rough to own equipment to a certain degree of technical transformation and technological innovation to meet the special requirements of the project.In this paper, Based on Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island tunnel excavation foundation trench deepwater segment as a case, the excavation technology and application of offshore deep and high precision excavation of grab ship. In view of the existing limitations of dredging technology and special technical requirements of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, this paper uses a combination of engineering practice and test methods to study the high precision excavation construction technology of grab dredger, the main contents and conclusions can be listed as follows:(1) through technical deviation analysis, transformation and upgrading, the traditional grab dredgers has the theoretical basis of high-precision fixed depth control;(2) construction technology design, typical construction test, reasonable selection, optimization of construction parameters, and tested in actual construction process effectively;(3) taken off the deep base of accurate measurement and control methods, construction quality control, HSE measures can effectively protect the deep sea off the base of accurate excavation smoothly...
