Since the new century, the development of aerospace technology has entered a newphase, the aerospace applications has shift from research mainly for military tocomprehensive marketing applications of civil-military, the aerospace manufacturing hasdeveloped from single production to multi-project, small batch, R&D and batchproduction coexist. Under this new situation, how to effectively schedule the assembly ofmulti-project of aerospace product are important for improving the efficiency of aerospacemanufacturing, and how to visual monitor and manage the manufacturing process in realtime is the guarantee of aerospace manufacturing efficiency. This paper focuses on thejob-scheduling method for the assembly of aerospace products and the monitoring andmanagement for the implementation process.Firstly, combined with the characters of aerospace products, the assembly processand features of multi-aerospace product were systematic analyzed, then with the analysisof assembly scheduling and refer to the actual survey, deeply analyzed the job-schedulingmode and problems, and proposed the scheduling method for the problem.For the actual situation that multi-project coexist and always constrained by limitedresources during the assembly process, established a multi-project scheduling model underresource constraints, with the optimization goal of minimize multi-project totalweighted-duration, then used the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the problem,and demonstrated the rationality and superiority with the instance. Meanwhile, combinedthe workflow technology attribute of the business process about aerospace productassembly, designed the monitoring method of assembly process based on the workflow,and fully defined all aspects of the business process. Throughout this method, informationmanagement of business process and job operation in workshop was achieved, dateacquisition and visual monitoring through the assembly are also realized.Finally, based on the functional requirements of the management system, wedeveloped a monitoring system for the aerospace products assembly with ADP platformand B/S structure, and fully describe the five functions of the system, By implementingthe practical application of the system, verified the validity and superiority.
