Research On Manufacturing Execution System Of Aerospace Product Assembly

Manufacturing Execution System is a workshop-oriented system for informationmanagement. It solved the communication problem effectively between the upper management ofenterprises and the underlying control. In this paper, applications of MES in the process ofassembly and production of aerospace product are researched based on the actual situation.Firstly, to clarify the overall goal of the system, requirements on production management inthe assembly workshop of the enterprise are analyzed. Secondly, we set up the general frameworkof MES in assembly and production for aerospace product, including the division of functionalmodules, the design of user roles and use case diagram, the realization flow chart is also given.Thirdly, two key technologies of the real-time data acquisition in production site and systemintegration are studied, which are real-time data acquisition in the production site with RFIDtechnology and the integration realization between systems with XML technology. Theninformation process of the system is discussed and the conceptual structure, logical structure andthe physical structure of the database are designed.Finally, the paper clarified the development environment and development tools of MES inthe assembly and production.and discuss the key technology of system development. Theprototype system is developed, which can achieve the functions of system security, basic datamanagement, assembly quality management, dispatching management and the implementationmanagement, research achievements of this paper is verified.
