Research On The Technologies Of Storage And Distribution Of Materials In The Mold Enterprise

Production logistics is an important part of production in mold companies, the basictask of logistics is to complete the storage and distribution of materials. This system playsan important role in the modern enterprise. It not only reduced the manpower andresources, but also improved the productivity of capital and labor turnover. Therefore, tooptimize the storage and distribution of materials is very important to improve theefficiency of the enterprise. This paper investigated the process characteristics of moldproduction and studied the methods to improve the efficiency of material storage anddistribution in mold companies, finally, designed the programs of storage and distributionof materials.Combined with characteristics of materials, existing storage conditions and optimizedstorage principles in the mold companies, the paper which is proceed from the purposeand requirements of the storage of materials, has designed a optimized storage solutionwhich is applicably for the mold companies.Through the research on materials management of the mold companies, this paperanalyzed each specific, and pointed out the materials management problems in the moldcompanies, and then conducts a needs analysis and modeling for the system. According tothe technologies about J2EE, this paper developed a materials management system, andused a complete storage process to detail the implementation of the various module of thesystem.Based on the basic research on the principle of the AGV system, and combined withthe distribution of materials and the conditions of software and hardware in the moldcompanies, though achieving each of the key technologies and the integration of varioustechnologies, this paper has finally developed a AGV call system with the capabilities oftracking materials.
