Due to the influence of various factors such as fossil energy depletion andenvironmental protection, multiple new energy technologies such as wind powergeneration, solar photovoltaic power generation, solar thermal power generationcontinue to emerge and get applied, and it will inevitably become a trend for largeamount of new energy to get integrated into the power system. Besides the cleanenergy brought to the society, the new challenge of safe operation of power system isalso brought by new energy technology. For new energy generation including windand photovoltaic power, the active power output characteristics tend to have greatervolatility, and the reactive power output characteristics are also different from those oftraditional thermal and hydro generator units. On account of the strong coupling ofreactive power and voltage stability, the voltage stability of multiple power sourcesintegrated system is bound to be one of the important issues of the safe operation ofpower system in the future. And the voltage stability weak region is of greatsignificance to the surveillance and system voltage stability improvement, so therelated study is necessary. The analysis method of voltage stability weak region of multiple power sourcesintegrated system is emphatically studied, together with the related scene analysis. The main work is as follows.1. The static analysis model of conventional power sources, large scale windfarms and photovoltaic power plants integrated into the power system are studied andset up.2. The weak bus analysis methods considering voltage stability are studied, andthe modal analysis is selected to obtain the voltage stability weak bus, and theelectrical distance calculation based on reactive power voltage sensitivity betweenbuses is taken to determine the voltage stability weak region.3. Based on the analysis method of the weak region of only conventional powersources integrated system, for the multiple power sources integrated system, a fulltime frame voltage stability weak region analysis method is put forward, so thevoltage stability weak buses and region can be effectively acquired for multiple powersources integrated system.4. Based on IEEE118bus system, combined with the scenes of different integration buses and different penetration rates of wind farms and photovoltaic powerplants, several example systems are reformed. Based on these example systems, thevoltage stability weak region analysis method and the change of weak buses underdifferent scenes are tested. And the effectiveness of the method put forward isverified.
