Squeezed branch disk pile is a kind of profiled piles developed from the boredpile in the70s.It is composed of main pile, the bearing plates and branches.It canmake full use of the capacity of the good soil.It has good compressive and pull-outstrength.Compared with the ordinary bored pile, the squeezed branch disk pile hasobvious advantages and has been widely used in engineering.But because of itsspecial hole process,complex stress mechanism,some basic theory and designparameters is not yet perfect.The scenes of the research on the laws about thesqueezed branch disk pile group with the pile caps under vertical load is less.Due toeffect of pile caps and the pile group effect,the transfer mechanism of squeezedbranch pile is more complicated than a single squeezed branch pile.The condition ofside friction resistance and end resistance is different,so the deep analysis of squeezedbranch pile and soil interaction system has important practical significance.This article is set in a specific engineering example and use a finite elementsoftware-ABAQUS to analyze the force character of pile caps-squeezed branch pilegroup-soil.Compared the numerical simulation results with measured results,thereliability of the numerical simulation is reliable.Based on this,the author anlyzes themechnical characteristic of high and low pile caps-squeezed branch pile group-soilunder the vertical load considering the influence of diffferent pile spacing,andanalyzes the equal diameter pile group in comparison.The main parts are described asfollows:1.According to the existing actual testing data of squeezed branch pilegroup,ABAQUS is used to establish the3d finite element modle of the pilecaps-squeezed branch pile group-soil and analyze the soil pressure,the stress of pilecaps and squeezed branch piles under the actual project load and compared with thaactual data.2.Establish some models of high and low pile cap with9squeezed branchpiles and analyze the force transmission under vertical load.Study the axial force,skinfriction,the relative displacement between piles and soil, lateral soil pressuredistribution along the depth and the contribution to the bearing capacity of the plateresistance,side friction and end resistance.3.Study the change of the soil stress andvertical displacement between piles along the depth.4.Contrast the different forcetransmission of squeezed branch pile group with different pile spacing.Through the above comparataive analysis,the dissertation revealed the working mechanism of squeezed branch pile group under vertical load and provided certainreference basis for the design and research of squeezed branch pile group.
