| The precast-pipe concrete composite structure is composed of the outer layer ofhigh strength concrete precast-pipe and core cast-in-place concrete, the highstrength precast-pipe is large scale prefabricated in prefabricated field, pouring corearea concrete after hoisting in construction site. The precast-pipe concrete compositestructure is a new structural form which composited precast andcast-in-place construction mode.This paper selected three groups of representative joints, include column footingjoint, edge joint and midside joint in common column grid, carried out the followingresearch work:1. Mechanical performance index of ordinary joints. In this paper stated theresearch results in related fields of ordinary joints, joints’ mechanics performanceindex, provide the corresponding research method and theoretical basis for thefollowing research.2. Experimental study on seismic behavior of precast-pipe concrete compositestructure. By selected three groups of different position joints, precast-pipe concretespecimens and ordinary concrete specimens are made, compare andanalysis their differences of seismic performance, the results show thatthe precast-pipe concrete composite structure has reliable seismic performance, can beused to replace the ordinary concrete structure.3. Numerical simulation study on seismic performance of precast-pipe concretecomposite structure. By using the finite element software ABAQUS, built the modelswhich have the same size, strength, reinforcement ratio with specimens in theexperimental study, simulated the loaded, observed of the failure modes ofmodels, analysis the differences of the seismic performance between finite elementmodels of precast-pipe concrete and ordinary concrete, the results proof of finiteelement models of precast-pipe concrete is better than ordinary concrete in seismicperformance, verified the test results, the finite element analysis is feasible andreliable, and can be used for the analysis of future research... |
