Precast concrete frame joint is a new type of dry connection with low damage and self resetting.It is easy to be repaired after earthquake and has a good prospect of development and application.In this paper,the design and fabrication of prefabricated frame joints experiments of the type,and introducing the construction process test,especially the key links(such as grouting sleeve grouting process,grouting seam,prestressed tension etc.).At the same time,MSC.Marc and ABAQUS are used to simulate the nodes test,and the influence of different model parameters on the seismic performance of the joints are also studied.Finally,comparing the simulation results of the two finite element software with the theoretical calculation values,and further showing that the simulation results have a certain reliability,which can provide some reference significance for future research.The detailed content of this paper is from the following points:(1)The design of precast concrete frame joints is introduced in detail.In the design phase,the construction,installation and reinforcement connection of the node in the actual application are considered.Therefore,the design of this node is of great practical significance.Then,the construction process of specimen is introduced.Considering the problems of practical engineering application,the production process is much more time-consuming and longer.Practical engineering practice can be referred to the manufacturing process of the test specimen.(2)The simulation analysis of MSC.Marc is used to analyze the existing tests,comparing the simulated results with the actual experimental values.The results include deformation of joints,concrete cracking,force of prestressed tendons and hysteretic curve of joints,By comparing the results,the simulation result is good,which proves that the establishment of finite element model and the setting of parameters are suitable.By using this method,the test node has certain reliability.(3)Based on the above analysis,the nodal tests are carried out by MSC.Marc analysis,and the influence of the area of common energy dissipation steel bars on the mechanical behavior of the joints is analyzed.And also the influence of initial stresses of different tendons on the bearing capacity and self resetting capability of joints is considered.(4)In order to further verify the reliability of the simulation results,the ABAQUS analysis is used in this paper.The simulation results of MSC.Marc and ABAQUS are more similar to theoretical calculation,so the simulation results are proved to be more reliable.
