With the development of industrialization, the production and transportation ofdangerous goods increase with age, the harm to human safety and health and thenatural environment is gradually widening and deepening. According to statistics,there are more than95%of dangerous goods involve in long distance transportation,82%of whom are by road transport and the average transportation amount is about200million. Because of the large amount of dangerous goods transportation and theout-dated management level, many disastrous accidents happened and the results areextremely serious. The transportation of dangerous goods is both a social publicsafety problem and an important strategic decision problem. The p ath optimizationbased on risk analysis of the transportation process can provide decision support forthe government sector and the dangerous goods production and operation companies.This dissertation begins with the distribution of dangerous goods transportationmanagement, dangerous goods transportation risk analysis, the development tendencyand problems exists in those researches; Through the statistical analysis of200casesof dangerous goods transportation, typical characteristics are founded and byanalyzing the factors using rough set theory, main factor and secondary factor arefounded; Dangerous goods risk assessment principles and procedure are established.From the aspects of transportation accident rate and accident result, the riskassessment for dangerous chemicals transportation is presented and the riskassessment model is settled. In order to solve the problem of hazardous wasterecycling and reduce the loss caused by hazardous waste recycling transportation,vehicle routing problem model with soft-time window is applied to this modelconsidering the urgency of the recycling process. By comparing the4kinds ofheuristic algorithms, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and pareto optimalresults are received; At last, this dissertation presents the control flow and Technologycontrol method of dangerous goods transportation. From the aspects of people,vehicle, dangerous goods, environment and management, Risk control measures aregiven.
