As China urbanization starting a new round of construction, it had more and moredense urban areas, then, the scale and scope of land development and constructionwill expand. Add with the effect of global climate changing, how to construct thedrainage system scientifically in urban construction process will be focus in the nextperiod. In this paper, with the actual planning of administrative district of Fugouregulatory detailed planning and design, by using SWMM storm flood simulationsoftware, conduct research with following aspects:From the controlling detailed planning stage, simulating storm water runoff andpollutant experience, the outcome of the planning instruct to the next stage of designmore scientifically and reasonably.According to the topography, spatial structure, drainage district, drainage route ofstudy area and other characteristics, we generalized the catchments and undergroundpipe network system throughout the study area, established SWMM runoff models.Obtain the corresponding simulation results by simulation study of administrativeregion storm water runoff and the production of surface convergence.The storm water runoff pollutants model and erosion models set up inadministrative region, water quality modeling with storm returns period under twoscenarios of rainfall (P=1a, P=5a)of four pollutants of TSS, COD, TN, TP. Combinedwith set ting up the number of rain water pipe out fall, analyze the differentcharacteristics and emissions of four pollutants.Started with the local economic development level, financial capacity, landscapelake functional requirements, and network operators, combined with pipe networkhydraulic characteristics, cost, pollution control and other aspects, to recommendstorm sewer system.
