In recent years,the frequent occurrence of various extreme climates around the world,such as frequent typhoons and instantaneous heavy rainfall,have made many cities vulnerable to internal waterlogging,causing road traffic paralysis and groundwater backfilling.A series of safety accidents,such as power leakage in public infrastructure,lead to huge economic losses.With the continuous innovation and emergence of advanced technology,taking the runoff model of underground pipe network as the research focus,by simulating,evaluating and improving the drainage and waterlogging control capacity of underground pipe network in advance,at present,This has become an important method and means to study the scientific dispatching system of water system under the condition of extreme rainfall,and at the same time,to solve the problem of drainage and waterlogging prevention in smart cities.The scheme design has the key reference,the guidance function.In this paper,the drainage process of underground pipe network is simulated and calculated by constructing the runoff model of underground pipe network in a small watershed of Massa District,Fuzhou City,and the overloading overflow data of inspection well nodes are analyzed.The flow data of the pipe section and the water storage condition of the reservoir are counted,analyzed and verified.Further,taking the result data of the model simulation as the research object,through the secondary development based on the SWMM model,we can read the result data of the simulation calculation under the rainfall scenario with a rescheduled period of 50 years.And re-export it to GIS under the Java development environment with the help of JNA and GDAL/OGR open source framework Shape format layer file.Finally,with the integration of ArcGIS Api For JavaScript,ArcServer,Nginx and Angular technologies,the 3D WebGIS prototype system is built,and the rainfall data is used as the variable to check the depth of the well node,the flow of the pipe segment and the surface water data as dependent variables.In the three-dimensional scene,the dynamic changes of the depth of the inspection well node,the flow of the pipe section and the data of the surface water accumulation with rainfall are simulated.Through the runoff model of underground pipe network constructed in this paper,the drainage process of underground pipe network in the study area can be simulated and calculated under different rainfall scenarios,and the result data of the model simulation can be taken as the further research object.By integrating SWMM,ArcGIS Api For JavaScript,the drainage process of underground pipe network can be simulated and calculated.The 3D WebGIS prototype system based on ArcServer,Nginx and Angular technology not only reproduces the drainage process of underground pipe network at the end of Web browser,but also improves the visualization experience of the result data of model simulation calculation,which can be used for underground pipe network drainage in the study area.The evaluation of water capacity and the analysis and formulation of prevention and control schemes for waterlogging can play a better role,and also provide some reference value for the research of three-dimensional visualization based on SWMM model.
