| In recent years, the side of10kV bus bar of220kV Chuncheng substation has sufferedfrom many faults, such as capacitor tripping, capacitor breakdown and reactor burn. This notonly caused a decline in the quality of power supply directly, but also meant a serious threat tothe safety and reliability of the substation. In order to analyze the cause of the accidents andput forward effective solutions, we discuss in depth the harmonic issues which exist inChuncheng substation from three aspects: harmonic measurement, harmonic analysis andharmonic control.This paper firstly describes the causes, harm and the influence of harmonic in powersystem. Then, several harmonic measurement methods are compared and analyzed, and apower quality recorder based on the fast Fourier transform (FFT) has been chosen as a basicmeasurement tool. What’s more, the main harmonic sources have been identified by detectingthe harmonic current on the outlet side of the10kV wire of the Chuncheng station. On thisbasis, the amplifying effect of capacitor on harmonic is studied, including the measurementand calculation of three capacitor groups in power grid respectively. Thus we understandthat the resonant load side of the harmonic component and the oscillating amplification ofcapacitors and the inter system are the main causes of the faults of shunt capacitor groups.In addition, the main harmonic governance is to suppress the harmonic component. Ingeneral, the harmonic suppression technology can be divided into two kinds: active filtertechnology and passive filter technology. By comparing their advantages and disadvantages,combining the reality of the Chuncheng substation, we finally choose the activefiltering equipment of QAPF100as the key facility to suppress the harmonic. The resultsshow that this management has strong practicability and feasibility. |
