With the continuous development of society and science technology, the modern massproduction also ushered in the booming. Also towards a highly integrated complexelectromechanical system, rapid response, high precision accuracy of directiondevelopment, made the complex electromechanical system automatic, intelligent is moreand more high, system and system internal synergy coupling between also more and more,leading to more complicated operation of complex electromechanical system. In order toincrease the stability and safety of running status of complex electromechanical system,reduce unnecessary economic losses and casualties, condition monitoring technology hasbeen widely used in all kinds of complex electromechanical system.This article applies the method of system science to the common properties ofcomplex electromechanical system and its coupling law study, the complexelectromechanical system decoupling method, and based on this, advances the referencemodel of complex electromechanical system, and according to the reference model of thesystem requirements for the physical model is presented.At the same time, this article applies the method of analysis of inductive research athome and abroad about the complex electromechanical system condition monitoringtechnology, audio and video monitoring technology, information fusion technology, andmore complex electromechanical system running state and the state, was proposed based onseeing and hearing, and internal sensing of complex electromechanical system runningstatus monitoring technology and expressed in coding method of running status of all kindsof complex electromechanical system, each set of code corresponding to the correspondingoperation state, as long as the judgment of coding can realize the monitoring of complexelectromechanical system running status.On the basis of the above, the application of power bond graph method for complexelectromechanical system reference model for physical and mathematical modeling. Basedon the established model and the complex electromechanical system monitoring technologyto complete the specific monitoring method of theoretical system. Finally on the manganese agent packaging production line according to the productionline of the whole work process set up audio-visual and running state of internal sensorfusion monitoring system experiment. Experiments show that the fusion of audio-visual andinternal sensing information monitoring technology can be more accurate, fast, theimplementation of the real-time monitoring of complex electromechanical system,effectively improve the operation stability of the system.
