| The aircraft engine is the key part of an aircraft, which is a typical complex maintainable system.The operation ratio of the investment in the engine maintenance of domestic airline companies issignificantly higher than the foreign counterparts. The complex system health managementtechnology with the purpose of the economic acceptance has been paid more and more attention.Taking the aircraft engine as the goal, the thesis deeply studies the complex system healthmanagement technology based on the information fusion.Firstly, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of the complex system, the health managementand the complex system health management, and proposes the system function, the system structureand the relevant technologies needed by the complex system health management system. Taking theaircraft engine as the example, the thesis proposes that the basis of the complex system healthmanagement is the health monitoring, the core is the information fusion and the key technology is thereliability evaluation.Secondly, taking the aircraft engine as the study object, the thesis introduces the informationfusion method of the health monitoring, including the model of the information fusion, the majorinformation fusion method and the current problem of the information fusion. The thesis provides theBayesian Linear Regression Model and the Extended Kalman Filtering Method for the informationfusion frame of the aircraft engine health management system to solve the corresponding existingproblem of the information fusion from horizontal and vertical directions respectively.Thirdly, using the basic reliability evaluation method, the thesis establishes the reliabilityevaluation model based on the information fusion. Trough the health monitoring of the operationcondition of the aircraft engine, collect the condition data which are taken as the degradationinformation of the aircraft engine, and predict the health condition of the aircraft engine by thereliability evaluation model based on the condition information to realize the health management ofthe aircraft engine.Finally, according to the development needs of the complex system health management system,the thesis studies the development method of the complex system health management system basedon Matlab and Web technology principles, and gives the development case. Based on this technology,in combination with the study contents above, the thesis develops the performance reliabilitymonitoring and the system reliability analysis and evaluation system of the aircraft engine, describesthe system function modular and the operation logic frame, and shows part of the system interface. |
