Theapplication Study On Test Of Integrity And Bearing Capacity Of Manual Hole Digging Pile

Firstly, this paper introduces manual hole digging pile’s development history,advantages and disadvantages, present situation of research and application；Secondly, this paper elaborates elementary theories, advantages and disadvantages onpile foundation’s test methods of integrity and bearing capacity.This paper mainly studies the application on manual hole digging pile’s test ofintegrity and bearing capacity. On the research of the integrity test, it has proved thatreflection wave method is effective to manual hole digging pile’s integrity test byanalyzing the results of core drilling method and reflection wave method; Combinedwith the actual project, using the reflection wave method to test manual hole diggingpile’s integrity before the hand-dug pile of drill core, the core drilling, pile after sealing.Comparing and analyzing the test results on the wave curve and wave velocity underthe three conditions，the influence of core drilling on manual hole digging pile’sintegrity is studied. The positive correlation between concrete strength and velocity isconcluded by core drilling method through researching the relation of pile compressivestrength and the reflected wave velocity. The correlation is that the greater concretestrength is and the higher velocity, but it is difficult to build corresponding relationshipbetween concrete strength and velocity in the different areas or projects. The papersummarizes some problems and solutions about testing in practical projects. On theresearch of the bearing capacity test, the method based on the random weightingmethod for small sample data, is used to calculate the reliability index of manual holedigging pile’s bearing capacity under different geological conditions, and the resultsindicates that the ultimate bearing capacity according to the current specification has great reserves. This paper has analyzed qualitatively and the reliability of test resultson the background of instances testing the bearing capacity of manual hole digging pilein different geological conditions. This paper has analyzed the applicability of bearingcapacity test and the reliability of test results based on the background of instancestesting the bearing capacity of manual hole digging pile in different geologicalconditions, and summarizes some principles to select the method of manual holedigging pile’s bearing capacity test. The research can provide some references for themethod selection of manual hole digging pile’s bearing capacity test to similar projects,which has strong application value.
