As the main components of air conditioning system, water system has been wellreceived on the energy research by the industry concerned. Optimized control strategiesis that air conditioning water system is running by regulating energy equipments, tomeet the building load while maximizing energy saving of power consumption andchillers consumption.Air conditioning water system can be divided into chilled water system andcooling water system, chilled water system mainly uses variable chilled water flowcontrol. For variable flow control has the shortcomings of a given differential pressurecontrol: the pressure is not good for load following and chilled water pumps easyconsume extra energy in the cold water valve. This paper proposes an optimal strategyof chilled water variable differential pressure control, based on the valve flowcharacteristics after analyzing the theory of VAV air-conditioning system and a largenumber of experimental data. In addition, this method is a simple and practical solutionto the problem that set point is difficult to determine in actual air-conditioning pressurecontrol process, to achieve the maximum possible reduction in energy consumption ofchilled water system under comfort. Based on LABVIEW software this paper usessingle neuron adaptive control to achieve the proposed variable chilled water pressurecontrol strategy,after comparing simulated effects on several kinds of controllers. At theend of some experiments about the variable chilled water pressure control strategy areset up to prove the method is energy-saving.To cooling water system, found that the cooling tower water temperature change affects all the equipments energy consumption of cooling water system, by studying theenergy consumption variation characteristics of various equipments in air-conditioningcooling water system. This paper based air-conditioning cooling water system totalenergy consumption of chillers and power equipments minimized, researched a coolingtower water temperature optimal control strategy under different equipments of coolingsystem is frequency operation.Based on LABVIEW software this paper uses an improved single neuron adaptivecontrol that neuron scaling factor adaptive adjustment to achieve the proposed variablechilled water pressure control strategy,after comparing simulated effects on severalkinds of controllers. Through experimental results verified the optimal control strategyof cooling water saving effect of the adoption. And this paper researched the effects ofthe wet-bulb temperature affecting to the heat capacity of the cooling system on optimalcontrol points.
