In recent years, The span and the height of buildings is increasing with thedevel-opment of modern architecture.As a new structural form,steel high-strengthreinforced concrete (HSRC) structure has been found increasingly wider use in buildingproject,which is formed by steel encased in reinforced high strength concrete structure.This structure combined the advantages of reinforced high strength concrete and steel,making their own excellent properties to make effect, so it has huge developmentpotential and development space. At the moment, studies on HSRC structure neededmore research both at home and abroad.A large number of experimental studies found that reduced beam section cantransfer the plastic hinge from the beam end to the reduced section, so the plastic hingewould not induce brittle fracture of the welds and core concrete cracking too early,itmeans this measures can protected the beam-column joints. This new kind of framejoint structure can effectively improve the ductility and energy dissipation capacity ofjoints, which has important significance in theory and value in engineering.This dissertation proposed to weak beam section of HSRC frame side connectjoints with dog-bone type to improve the seismic performance of HSRC beam-columnjoints.Based on the experiment results, this paper using large-scale finite elementanalysis software ANSYS do nonlinear finite element analysis of HSRC beam-columnweak-joints. The ultimate bearing capacity,deformation characteristics and cracking andcrushing of the concrete and others is analyzed.The comparison with the modelexperiment results shows that use finite element to analyze steel reinforced structure isfeasible and applicative.Then the performance of dog-bone type reduced beam sectionof weak joints is analyzed. At last through calculating different models,the influence of core web and concretestrength to the force of joints’ performance and deformability are analysed,and how canthis new kind of frame joint structure to play a role is analyzed too.
