Present situation of energy shortage in the world is more and more serious, vehicleemission regulations become more and more strict, in the view of improving theperformance of the engine at the same time, both to save energy and protect theenvironment has become the researchers to try to solve contradictions.The merits of the engine ignition system performance will directly affect theengine performance and fuel economy, through to the engine ignition system for theimprovement of hard software research, the optimization of the ignition advance Anglefor a certain, is to a certain extent, the effective ways to improve the engine fueleconomy performance, which have realistic significance for real engineering.Taking K157FMI single-cylinder four-stroke gasoline engine as the prototype, byadopting the combination of simulation and experiment methods, combined with theadvantages and disadvantages of several common ignition system control technology,in view of the prototype of ignition advance Angle MAP figure defects, put forward thecorresponding solutions, make its original ignition system has improved in terms ofignition advance Angle control, finally achieve the purpose of improving the fueleconomy.This article first study of principle of single cylinder gasoline engine ignitionsystem control strategy, and studies the design based on single chip microcomputerhardware and software algorithm of ignition system, engine model was establishedbased on AVLBOOST software, combined with experiments and other simulationsoftware for the parameters of the mathematical model and the calculation of theparameters of the control set, ensures the accuracy of the mathematical model. Andused the model to optimize the ignition advance Angle. The ignition advance Angle onpower are analyzed, the mean effective pressure, maximum explosion pressure incylinder and the influence of the Angle; Analyzed under fixed speed setting differentignition advance Angle changes of the engine performance; To calculate the enginepower and fuel consumption rate curve, and the results compared with the originalmachine, finally to obtain the best ignition advance Angle MAP figure.Secondly, using the single chip microcomputer technology of preparation of newtype of ignition system ignition ECU, and match with the original machine ignitionsystem, at the same time for installation and debugging of the machine. Finally, the real vehicle equipped with new type of ignition system for bench test, and research andanalysis of test results is performed.After the adjustment is verified by test engine ignition advance Angle, can obtainbetter engine performance, and consistent with the simulation results. Under low speed,the test of ignition advance Angle of engine fuel efficiency under the larger powerhigher than the original confidential, but under the high speed fuel consumption rate islower than the original machine, the single cylinder gasoline engine has the positivesignificance.After research and testing, the new type of electronic control ignition system, canimprove the ignition performance of the engine to a certain extent, and can make it acertain improved fuel economy.
