Engine electronic control technology for the engine power,economy and emissions have greatly improved,is widely used in automotive engines,but for small displacement gasoline engine electronic control system less.In this paper,the WH125-6 prototype is taken as the research object.According to the control requirements of the electronic control system,the control strategy of the small gasoline engine is developed.The engine test is calibrated based on the bench test.This article aims at the working characteristics of small gasoline engines,determines the overall development plan of the electronic control platform and the relevant parameters of the components in the system,and builds an engine electronic control platform that can realize the functions of real-time monitoring and control of ignition,fuel injection and online parameter adjustment.The platform completes the matching calibration of the electronic control system and the engine and determines the engine speed and rotation angle algorithm.At the same time,an engine average model with a short period and fast response was built,and the average value model was calibrated based on the experimental data,which improved the simulation accuracy and laid the foundation for subsequent experiments.Aiming at the different working conditions of a single-cylinder,four-stroke small gasoline engine,a multi-level structure engine control model was built,and the control model and the engine average model were co-simulated to realize the preliminary verification of the control model.The validated control model was downloaded to the Rapid ECU engine controller through rapid prototyping,and the engine simulator was used to verify the controller's control signal sensitivity to ensure that the control strategy meets the performance requirements.Closed-loop control of the gantry of the engine using an oxygen sensor,a calibration working point calculated by the Latin hypercube,limitation of the engine throttle opening by the dynamometer,and an engine fuel injection map under different operating conditions combined with the Kibox and the exhaust gas analyzer,The ignition advance angle is revised to achieve the power,economy and emission performance to meet the needs of the engine's various operating conditions.
