| By adopting the grid structure, terminal of an airport has large space area, largespan and complicated construction form. With a large number of structural spacejoints and members, it has heavy workload and difficult installation. Thus, how toguarantee the grid structure construction quality of terminal is really a difficultproblem. Currently, there are a lot of researches on structural design and calculatingtheories of grid system, but quite few researches on the construction quality control.Through collecting case analysis data of accidents happening in the construction ofgrid structure in recent years, this paper has combed the main reasons of qualityproblems happening in the construction of grid structure. Combined with theconstruction quality control of grid structural roof of welded hollow spherical in theengineering of terminal T2of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, it has studied theconstruction quality control of grid structure.First of all, it has studied the component building’s quality control of gridstructure of airport terminal from the following aspects: performance index of rawmaterials of grid structure,site acceptance, field management control, technicalpreparation and technological process of component building, quality control ofprocessing quality and welding of component building and coating, finished productprotection of component, etc.Secondly, from the aspects of installation program selection of grid structure,selection of installation equipment, measurement,joining, listing, welding andunloading, this paper has researched the quality control of the installation of gridstructure of airport terminal.Unde different working conditions in the construction progress of grid structure,this paper has utilized the general finite element analysis software Sap2000andMidasGen to study the mechanical recomputation of typical grid block hoisting ofairport terminal, bearing capacity of floor joining, floor safety of lifting machineryconstructing on the floor, grid lifting construction and unloading.By adopting the large-scale general finite element analysis software ANSYS, forthe welded spherical joints of roof’s grid structure in the engineering of terminal T2ofTianjin Binhai International Airport, it has made numerical analysis on tension&compression bearing capacity and force situation of these two joints under the practical strained condition. It has also solved the engineering’s problems ofmultiform joints, quite large spherical diameter(400mm~900mm), difficult loadingand long testing cycle.In the paper, they have been successfully put into practice, which include thecomponent building of grid structure, quality control of installation and mechanicalresearch on construction progresses under different working conditions. The authorreally hopes that this paper will provide reference for similar engineeringconstructions. |
