| Steel structure has been used in construction widely. The development level of steel structure also became one of the important indexes which measure the economic development level of a country. Compared with developed countries, the development level of China's steel structure building is quite limited. Facing the fierce competition at home and abroad, the quality is the key to success in the competition. Only by constantly improving the level of quality control, the enterprise can maintain the superiority in the competition. Therefore, the enterprise must design the quality control scheme which adapt to the competition, to continuously shorten the gap between quality control with domestic and international enterprises. This article uses theories into practical project by studying the Project Quality Control of Steel Structure Manufacture Installation in YT-WS. A comprehensive analysis of the Project Quality Control of Steel Structure Manufacture Installation through HYstemic, in-depth research and to put forward improvement of the Project Quality Control of Steel Structure Manufacture Installation in YT-WS have important practical significance to guarantee the steel structure engineering quality, and improve project management level.This paper took the YT-WS steel structure fabrication engineering for example, analyzed the problems and the present situation of quality management of the YT-WS steel structure fabrication engineering. Via describing the job details, introducing the present situation of quality management, this paper proposed some problems about the organization structure of steel structure project, the process of quality management, the method of quality management. About the organization structure of steel structure project, the company always uses the functional organization structure. The members of the project only take charge the jobs belong to the mselves, consider the effectiveness of themselves. Project manager haven't absolute right. The organization structure will make team member lax and conflicting, and lead to project termination, or progress extending, costs increasing and effectiveness reduction. Besides, the operating personnel have low awareness about quality, or work with bad health or mentality generally, and this would lead to safety quality potential. About the process of quality management, there always exist some problems, such as not being prepared and not strict acceptance. They always not prepare for the material and equipment facility well, and this lead to the accident. And they also can't collect the history documents about product inspection, can't judge the quality of project, then began the next job. About the method of quality management, because of relaxed quality audit and the supervising officer lacking of qualifications, they can't judge if the material, technology and process rational, and leave the safety potential.To design the improvement Quality Control plan of Steel Structure Manufacture Installation in YT-WS on the basis of analyzing problems. From project organization improvement scheme, project quality control process improvement and project quality control method 3 aspects to improve the Project Quality Control of Steel Structure Manufacture Installation in YT-WS. The design of project organization improvement scheme mainly takes the organizational structure of the matrix type, and clearly department's responsibility and authority. Project quality control process improvement scheme designs from project make stage and the installation phase to project quality control process improvement scheme.
