A Study On The Development And Construction Of M Theater Project

With the development of technology, project management theory has been appliedin many areas. This study will apply project management theory to the theater building.Project management, refers to the limited resource constraints, the use of the systempoint of view, methods and theories, the whole process of project planning,organizing, directing, coordinating, controlling and evaluation, as well as achieve theobjectives of the project.Based on the research of domestic and international theatre development presentsituation, application of theatre development project management process and projectmanagement model case study on the M theater in development and constructionprojects, the analysis and Research on several aspects mainly from prospect analysis,scheme selection and optimization, financial analysis and economic evaluation, and thefeasibility of construction scheme conclusion of the Theatre Project. Among them, themarket situation analysis mainly from the domestic and foreign theatre constructiondynamic, China theater construction problems, market positioning analysis in severalaspects of the research data, analysis of data, comparison and demonstration; schemeselection and optimization of sections of the product design, Theatre Project siteselection, function orientation, construction engineering, organizational structure andpersonnel situation, investment estimation and sources of funds and other aspects ofthe scheme selection and argumentation; in selected program has carried on the simpleanalysis of the financial. And finally draws the feasibility study on the project of social,economic benefit good results.Finally, aiming at the theatre construction scale and orientation in themanagement of the construction project, and puts forward corresponding suggestionsin theater construction process and theater operation process, and summarizes theapplication value of this research, mainly reflected in two aspects:(1) this research canprovide the basis for the M Theatre Project Investment decision and management;(2)the study provides reference for domestic theatre development and project investmentdecision.
