Research On The Standardization Of Construction Project Feasibility Study

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy developed rapidly. As the main way to promote the rapid progress of economic development, construction projects made outstanding contributions to the development of the socialist economy.In order to promote social progress and the realization of national economic goals, we must make scientific and reliable decision for construction projects. Feasibility study is an important pre-project work and an integral part of the basic construction process which provides sufficient information and data for the construction project, laying strong basis for the project decision and optimization. Therefore, in the project planning and approval period, we must pay great attention to the feasibility study work and achievements. However, in China’s development over the past thirty years, the feasibility study work gained certain achievements, but there are also some problems. Although it provides decision-making basis for project construction, it should take responsibility for many project suspensions and delays. Based on this current situation, this thesis did systematic researches on the system of China’s feasibility study, providing China’s possible feasibility study problems and their corresponding solutions, improving the comprehensive evaluation system during feasibility study period of construction project and laying a theoretical basis for improving the quality of the construction project feasibility study.Firstly, the thesis expounded the important role of feasibility study on the construction investment decision-making, discusses the research background and significance of the research and put forward the research direction. The thesis detailed introduced the relevant content of the feasibility study, which includes feasibility study concept, basic function, principles, reference basis, stage division, working procedures and other related content.Secondly, the thesis underlined the harmfulness to reflect the importance of feasibility study by citing commercial building vacancy rate. To the point, this thesis summarized the existing problems in the categories of evaluation process, reporting process, feasibility study subject, administrative intervention and consultation industry, and analyzed deeply about the serious impact caused by respective problems. Thirdly, On the basis of the conclusion of the existing feasibility study problems, this thesis analyzed the causes of these problems from different perspectives and, proposed corresponding solutions which were considered comprehensively and deeply.Finally, this thesis pointed out the importance of comprehensive evaluation in the feasibility study, established the evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation system by analyzing each single index, applied the method of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by summarizing and comparing various evaluation methods and. Then the evaluation process was introduced and the conclusion was discussed.
