The framework with large span usually has a huge Structural internal force. Conventionaldesign of the reinforced concrete frame structure usually causes the beam-column componentcross section size to be very large, especially the height of beam section, which directly affectsthe ceiling height. To solve this large span problem, a commercial building in Tianjin projecttakes the vertical haunched frame beams.Firstly, this paper chooses the Tianjin project as the engineering background. It sets up largespan framework model with the vertical haunched frame beams under the same geologicalconditions, seismic grade, and load. And then analyzing the elastic deflection of reinforced concretebeam, calculating the reinforcement of the haunched framework beam in the most disadvantageousload combination. By setting coefficient of haunched beam height and haunched beam length, itexplores the influence of vertical haunched under uniformly distributed load on the beam internalforce and deformation, and the vertical haunched beam end changes gradually to the arch beamflexural member component, thus better adapting to the internal force distribution of the beam, hascertain economic benefits.Although vertical haunched beam meets the requirement of large span frame structure, butthe whole floor height is higher, and there is much inconvenience in architectural space use.Steel and concrete composite buildings take advantage of the good tensile and pressure performanceofthese two materials, and have the advantage of low floor height and large bearing capacity, so thisdesign is taken into consideration. By calculation, the sectional dimension of steel beams is decided.The stress ratio of composite floor beam, the elastic deflection, and the bearing capacity areanalyzed by the steel structure software. And it also completes calculation of the frame girderstitching node, tic-tac-toe beam rigid node and design of the primary and secondary beam hingedjoints.At last haunched reinforced concrete floor frame structure and steel and concrete compositefloor frame are compared from the aspects of structural internal force, deformation, seismicperformance, the floor material consumption, economic performance and the building spatial use such as comparative analysis of two kinds of floor frame structure form of the indicators, anddiscusses the differences oftwo floor frame structure.
