With extremely speed development of tall building structures,transfer story,strengthened story,staggered floor,connected structure has been greatly developed.In order to the harsh require of the structure function,the arrangement of structure always over-codes.Upward the transfer story could easily induce transfinite,for example,degree 8earthquake with 5th of the transfer story.The stiffness and internal force approaching the transfer stories in the frame-supported and shear wall structure could easily mutation when transfer stories are out-codes.The component may cracking and yield below the transfer story due to the weak story,go against the seismic ability of the structure.Design the out-codes transfer stories in frame-supported with shear wall structure in Langfang,based on the SATWE and Midas building finite element software,prove the rationality of the structure by mode-superposition response spectrum.Direct-type and indirect-type has been put forward,analysis the internal forces of the transfer beam using PMSAP.Draw a conclusion that direct-type of the transfer beam is superior to indirect-type.And analysis the rationality of the structural arrangement with direct type of the transfer beam by ABAQUS finite element software.Basis on the previous,put the direct-type of transfer beam in transfer stories,two kinds of arrangement modes has been put forward:transfer story structure with steel reinforced concrete as program 1,transfer story structure with haunched beam in direct-type as program 2.Prove the ability of two schemes with integrity and stability by elastic Time-history Analysis.The ability of resistance of collapse has been prove by EPDA&PUSH.All above analysis shows:a part of internal force has been assumed by haunched beam,increase a new path of force transfer,which reduces the moment for edge of transfer beam and frame column.Decreased the section size and reinforcement area of transfer beam than program 1.For the shear wall structure above the transfer story,the reinforcement area of frame column has decreased in the same time.And reduce the probability of over bar.Optimized the structure design of transfer stories and reduce the construction cost effective.
