In recent years, the construction of Hebei road and bridge has some development,but as the increase of the vehicle and the serious overloading, heavy vehicle, and thebridge deck has become more and more prominent, it seriously affected the drivingcomfort and safety. High-property cold patch asphatlt mixture can deal with thesephenomenon, especially at low temperatures, unclosed the road, fast and efficient torepair is a serious problem to be solved.Firstly, this paper draws on the pavement repair technology of the bridge deck andthe cold patch asphalt in domestic and foreign. Describe the types of damage and thecause of the deck pavement. Began with the deck patching system of the T beam bridge,and then analysis the most sensitive position of the T beam bridge, the load structurerelative to structural repair, the modulus cause to the structural repair by ansys of finiteelement software. These are the theoretical basis of the preparation of the cold patchasphalt.Secondly, systematically studied the raw materials and test methods of the coldpatch asphalt, and determined the composition of the cold patch asphalt. Meanwhile,determine the optimal composition of the cold patch asphalt by orthogonal experimentmethod. Add reactive resin to cold patch asphalt to make high-property cold patch asphatltmixture to bridge deck pavement.In the end, describe the preparation technology andconstruction technology, and then analysis the social and economic benefits.
