In order to solve the problems of reinforced concrete, such as high gravity、bad crackresistance and durability caused by steel corrosion etc, researchers continue to study avariety of new materials to replace the reinforced concrete, textile reinforced concrete isone of the new materials. Textile Reinforced Concrete(TRC) is a composite material,which is using fine aggregate as matrix and textile as reinforced material. This paper firstintroduces the research of TRC, then study on the glass textile、the design method of thematrix concrete、mix design of matrix and numerical simulation of TRC sheets. Themain contents are as follows.1. Study on mechanical properties of glass textile: Though the tensile test of the glassfibers, get the damage curve of different surface treatment of glass textile and differentnumber of fibers and analysis its influence on the tensile strength of glass textile.2. Study on the design method of the matrix concrete:Meet the textile on the specialrequirements of the matrix concrete, proposed the mix design methods of the matrixconcrete-fine concrete. According to the proposed design method, preliminary design ofthe matrix concrete to prove the feasibility of the design method.3. Mix design of the matrix concrete:According to the proposed mix design method inthis paper, preliminary design the concrete mix, using working performance andmechanical properties as index, study raw materials of materials influence on theworking performance and mechanical strength and research dosage range of the usingmaterial, then by the orthogonal test, mix to optimize the design of the matrix concrete;Though orthogonal tests to analysis the influencing factors in the working performanceand mechanical properties, as the matrix concrete mix optimization design reference.4. Numerical simulation:Based on the results of the four-point bending test of the TRCsheets, amend the formulas of the flexural strength and deflection, at the same time usingANSYS software for finite element simulation of TRC sheets,then compared thetheoretical values with the experiment values, analysis of model selection is correct andanalysis of different distribution rate on the TRC sheet effect on ultimate load anddeflection.
