With the development of the global economy, International and interior trade have become increasingly interconnected.At the same time, Port logistics becomes more and more important under such a background. This requires port logistics should have higher efficiency. Improving the efficiency of the port means that Improve the efficiency of machine and reasonable allocation of resources.The harbor portal crane as the main production tools in port machinery, improving the efficiency of it can largely improve efficiency of the port logistics.This article through the field research and program participation in the harbourt, based on embedded technology to set up a system which can monitore the operation of the crane in real-time. The system can statistics and control the port logistics in real-time, record employee performance in order to evaluate, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of staff. The application of this system can improve the management efficiency, reduce management costs of the port, so as to improve the economic benefit of port. This article mainly research and develop embedded interactive terminal with the data collection and processing and communication in the system. In this paper, the research content mainly has the following several aspects:1) Analysising the system requirements, using embedded technology to determine hardware configuration which implement various functions, and designing software development plan. Building embedded Qt cross compile environment, using the embedded Qt graphical interface technology development interactive terminal. Staff can view all kinds of current gantry crane information in real-time with interaction terminal.2) Through the sensors to collect all kinds of information of the crane, and processing of the sensors information, One of the mainly research is focused on the dynamic weighing data, Putting forward combination multilevel filter algorithm Lagrange interpolation to deal with data weight values, and Calculate the weight value.3) This article focuses on communications between devices in this system, Based on Qt multithreading mechanisms realize the RS232serial port communication and3G network communication respectively. Applications of Multithreaded can make data processing and communication and the graphical interface running in separate threads respectively, so as to improve the performance of the software. Through RS232serial port communication, collection of data can be transferred from front-end to the terminal, After dealing with the terminal parsing, transferring the related data to server through3G network communication, so that managers can supervision and control front-end in real-time.4) Implement the data storage, considering the communication failure may occur, All important information need to be stored in the terminal background file firstly, When communication, system read the contents of the file and send out. This paper put forward a data save format and style.With the data interaction between the front end information collector, Qt interactive terminal and server, Implementation of port logistics information real-time monitoring can effectively improve the efficiency of port logistics, Strengthen the competitiveness of the port.
