Real-time monitoring of the gantry crane is a goodmethod to judge whether gantry cranes deviate from the normal operation or not,and it canalso forecast the trends of status of gantry cranes and prevent sudden failure, but thepremise of real-time monitoring is to acquire the status data. Based on this background, Astatus parameters collection system for gantry crane was designed,it implemented the real-time data acquisition and data display and data storage.First of all, the paper analyzed the development trend of the current data collectiontechnology, and it compared the various design methods. Combined with the structure andhidden trouble of gantry crane, it analyzed the requirements of the data acquisition systemof gantry crane, and it also put forward the overall design scheme of data acquisitionsystem.Then, according to the overall design scheme, the system is divided into hardwaredetail design and software detail design two parts. Hardware design includes the design ofsensors and the modulation circuit, power supply module design, wireless communicationdesign, and it completed the construction of the hardware system. Software designincludes the function modules design and the interface of PC display storage design, and itcompleted the interface design of the real-time data acquisition, display and storage.Finally, using the existing resources, it has carried on the debugging and integrationof the whole system, and it finished the testing of the whole system. Through thetesting of hardware and software, it completed the state parameter acquisition function,at the same time, it made the real-time data display and storage possible. |
