| As a new reinforcement method, steel plate-concrete composite reinforcement methodcan make full use of good tensile strength of steel plate and good performance of concretecompressive strengths. It also can significantly improve the structure bearing capacity. Thefuture for steel plate-concrete composite reinforcement method is very promising. The construction technology and material properties of steel plate-concrete compositereinforcement technology is analyzed by combining with the status researched at home andabroad and the project. The method of combining with load test and finite element simulationanalysis is used to study the structural performance before and after the reinforcement. Thequantitative evaluation for the project performance after reinforcement is obtained by usingmechanical indexes. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The technology of reinforcement method such as reinforcement materials and thedetailed construction process are analyzed in detail.(2)Combined with the finite element simulation analysis and loading test, the structureperformance of project is assessed before strengthening. The results show that the structuraldeflection and calibration coefficient of strain is too large. The number of bridge disease andits degree develops too quickly. Bearing capacity of part of control section of the structuredecrease rapidly and it cannot meet the design requirements. This bridge needs enforcementas soon as possible. The strain values were significantly decreased in the strengthened project by using steelplate-concrete composite reinforcement method. The strains in the identical section distributemore uniform. The stiffness of the structure increases significantly. The stress of thestrengthened bridge is improved obviously. The effect of comparative advantage in thesecondary side enhance more obviously than the side span. |
