Blisk greatly improve the performance of aero-engine, with great prospect. Buthow to accurately measure the blisk is a technical problem. This paper, starting fromthe background of blisk’s contacted and on-machine measurement, focuses on theerror calibration of the single articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.As a new non-orthogonal coordinate measuring machine, the single articulatedarm coordinate measuring machine, with the advantages of small volume, portabilityand low cost and other advantages, has a broad application prospect. However,compared with the orthogonal coordinate measuring machine, the measurementprecision of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine is low. Error calibration isthe most important means to improve the accuracy of measurement. This paperfocuses on the error calibration of this articulated measuring machine.In order to realize error calibration of this coordinate measuring machine, first ofall the installation of the measuring machine is calibrated, then quasi-rigid model isused to establish mathematical model and analysis the error of each link. At last, theseerror are calibrated by single calibration technique and GA calibration technique.Real-time error compensation module is introduced to straight moving parts toimprove the measurement accuracy of this measuring machine.In the end, a detection mechanism combined with technical indicators of blisk isintroduced to detect the effect of error compensation. The experiment proves that thesingle articulated arm coordinate measuring machine reaches the relevant technicalspecifications, with the detecting error of this coordinate measuring machine is lessthan10μm, the size measurement error of it is less than (10+L/30) μm, where L isthe measurement size and its unit is m.
