The accuracy of the measuring equipment affects the whole industrial production process directly.So it is very important to improve the measurement accuracy of the measuring instruments.It is an important research to measure the length error of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.In this study,through analyzing the structure and working principle of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine,the main error sources of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine are analyzed.At the same time using the standard scale error measurement,error parameter influence of articulated arm coordinate measuring machine error was determined,determine the length of the input parameters for the error compensation model of articulated coordinate measuring machine.In order to establish the length error compensation model of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine,the BP neural network model based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to model the spatial error of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machi ne.This can be compared to the overall error distribution of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.In this study,PSO_BP neural network algorithm and multiple nonlinear regression are used to model the length error compensation of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.The results show that the two methods can be used to compensate the length error of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.In order to apply the experimental model to the actual measurement of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine,a dynamic error compensation software based on Lab VIEW is designed.Through the Lab VIEW application program interface of MATLAB,the training samples can be obtained by inputting the training samples of the above error parameters.After the establishment of the model,as long as the direct input of the test data,you can get the results of the length of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machine.Therefore,a good human-computer interaction interface is established,which can effectively solve the problem of complex,complex and difficult problems in error compensation.
