China has extended sea area, and extremely rich offshore oil and gas resources.FPSO which benefits at glance, in hte Bohai Sea and South China Sea oil and gasfield development in China, has widely used. There are several FPSO mooring, singletower point mooring structure is used most in the Bohai Sea area in China. In recentyears, with the increase in tonnage of FPSO and complex marine environment, therehave been many FPSO mooring accident, caused very serious damage.Currently, most offshore oil platforms and FPSO is equipped with surveillancesystems, but most of these are just individual sensors which directly collect data andtransfer to different hosts. Little correlation between parameters, poor integrationwhich causes hard maintenice. What’s more, most monitoring system only collectingdata, which means doing a badlly job on storing and processing data, a lot of datamissing and become inaccurate. With such inaccurate and missing data, we can notperform a full evalution on present system after unpredicateable accidents. Therefore,design and development of a real-time, comprehensive, long-term, stable andconvenient on-site monitoring and early-warning system, not only can greatly enhancethe mooring system for safe operation, and later the accident findings, mooringstructural improvement is of great guiding role.Our work characteristics of single point mooring structures and marineenvironment, presented a compelete solution whichs contains a series of programsaimed at solving FPSO single point monitoring and early-warning problem. Bycollecting and anyalize ship statuts data which transmissed from sensors installed ondifferent locations on ship, we can be aware of critical data of ship such as marineenviroment, gap, hull profile in real time.The solution presented by our worked has been applied in production enviroment.The Marine oil113single points Department parking monitoring and the warningsystem is being used by BZ25-1oil field, runing in a smooth condition. With slightchange, the system can be promoted to other FPSOs, which can reduce a lot of humanwork, showing huge social impact.
