According to the "Qingdao Municipal People’s Government of Qingdao MunicipalCommittee of the CPC, opinion" on the implementation of the Dagu River governancerequirements, in order to protect, develop and make good use of the Dagu River, comprehensiveupgrade of the city’s economic and social support force, support force and pulling force, by threeto five years of efforts, make the Dagu River become what is "free-flow, stable embankment, clearwater, green coastal and beautiful scenery", Dagu river will be built into the flood control safetybarrier, ecological landscape corridor, river traffic axis, modern agriculture zone, a small townwhich is a new rural construction demonstration zone in the north and south of Qingdao.Therefore, the Dagu River in Qingdao city river governance is no longer confined to the floodcontrol, ecological river construction has become an important content of Dagu river.In this paper, combined with the city of Qingdao Dagu River Levee Engi-neering(Jiaozhou) right two bids project construction, it starts from the engi-neeringstructure design of argumentation, stability of dike slope; secondly, we introduce theconstruction process, analysis of construction difficulties and foc-us, sum up thetechnical innovation in the processof construction; Finally, it ex-plains themanagement mode in the engineering application. Discuss aboutthe sc-hedule, cost, quality, and safety control; contract, informationmanagement; organi-zation and coordination in the specific way ofimplementing the project and effe-ctiveness.
