Prestressed concrete pipe piles production and application started in the year2002in Tianjin, and great progress has been made. So far, the usage amount still seessubstantial growth annually, with the application field expanding from civilengineering projects to railways, roads, and ports, along with which, thecorresponding testing also develops, and among the many test items, the single pilestatic load compressive test is the most common and important. The objective of the study is to summarize and analyze the data of the single pilestatic load compressive test of prestressed concrete pipe piles collected in Tianjin areaover the past decade, and reflect the vertical bearing compressive capacity ofprestressed concrete from the aspect of static load test in Tianjin area. The method of the study is to summarize and classify the test results, and acquirethe statistic analysis of the results by region, pile length, pile diameter, pile bearingstratum, ultimate strength and the final settlement, the eigenvalues correspondingsettlement amount, residual deformation volume, failure load and failure loadcorresponding settlement. The result and conclusion of this study is the general summary of the safety andeconomic indexes reflected by the prestressed concrete pipe piles tests in Tianjin areain the past decade through the eigenvalues settlement and final settlement ratioanalysis, the spring rate analysis, and the per square meter surface area correspondingbearing capacity Qf of the pipe piles, putting forward our views and opinions, toprovide empirical data and references for the application in Tianjin area.
