Research And Development Of Off Line Detection System Of Gasoline Engine Fuel Injector

Fuel injector is one of the key components in the gasoline electronic fuel injectionsystem, and its characteristic directly affects the engine power, economy and emissionperformance. The quality of the fuel injector is an important factor to determine the controlsystem design, it will be affect the accuracy of the fuel control unit directly．In order to furtherstudy the injector, it is necessary to investigate and develop apparatus and equipment to testand evaluate the injector characteristics．This article analyzed the dynamic process of the injector, and carried on analysis andresearch on the injector working principle according to the theory, achieved a theoretical basisto develop the test equipment for evaluating the resistance and current characteristics of thedriven circuit assembly with the injector．Designed and built up the detection system to test the resistance and currentcharacteristics of the off line gasoline injector．At the same time, completed the design anddevelopment of the electronic control unit for the test system,which can control or detect thestate of the test system, and designed a set of simple test software, which provides convenientoperation environment for easy use．The design of the off line detection system for gasoline engine injector consists ofhardware circuit design, software programming, and control panel design．Took a high resistance injector as a sample, tested its resistance and currentcharacteristics, and did the analysis and summary according to the test data, obtained theimportant parameters of the injector dynamic response characteristics．The test results shown that this test system with good stability and reliability．The testsystem is able to test the resistance value and current value of the fuel injector accurately．Andit also provides a good testing platform for the gasoline injector during its actualdevelopment．...
