With the development of digital substation construction, application of digital powersystem security protection system is increasing. Due to the differences in test methods of thesecondary devices of digital substation and traditional substation is larger, and the powersystem security protection system access the element spacing and associated equipment ismuch more than the protection device. In the digital substation, how to effectively test andacceptance is very concerned about the engineering and technical personnel.This paper analyzes the traditional power system security protection system and digitalpower system security protection system in the test of the difference. The study includedconformance testing, the process level network data acquisition capacity and GOOSE test,associated with the spacer level equipment testing, associated with the station control layerequipment testing and program logic function testing. This paper refines the test items andtest methods.This paper also studies the realization scheme of digital power system securityprotection system test platform, focuses on the platform to implement several key technology,multi tester which cooperative control technology to solve the digital automatic safety devicetest is required at the same time output control problem of multi interval electric quantity,improve testing efficiency of digital safety devices.Study on the test method and the test platform in the two220kV digital substation safetydevice of self acceptance in the successful application, verify its correctness andpracticability.
