| With the rapid development of national economy, the continuous growth of power loadand the rapid development of new energy sources such as nuclear power, wind power andsolar power, it brings new challenges for the safe and stable operation of power grid, and evenbrings new opportunities for the construction and development of new type of clean energy aspumped storage power station. Therefore, how to explore a set of suitable schedulemanagement means with advanced project management method and mature networkinformation technology based on traditional schedule management is of importantsignificance.Taking some pumped storage power station as an example, this paper analyses the mainproblems existing in project schedule management, such as project budget quota ofhydropower project is not reasonable, and the construction unit wins the bid at a low pricemaking resources input insufficient; guidance time limit for a project is unreasonable, andproject duration optimization does not take full account of the specific characteristics ofproject; schedule planning is too ideal; it does not take full account of risk factors for specialgeographic position of the project, and underestimates the effects; geological investigation forthe project at early stage is not careful enough, making engineering change beyond expected;the designers are short of experience, and technical force is weak; supervising engineers donot play an role of effective schedule supervision in the project; it results in plan delay bypoor organization of construction unit and insufficient input of field personnel and equipments.It finds out that the project schedule management is a continuously cyclic systematic processby summarizing compiling, tracking, deviation analysis, adjustment and correction of theproject schedule plan. First of all, it completes the schedule plan with scientific compilationtools depending on the comprehensive knowledge of the project scope, systemic workbreakdown structure and rational distribution of responsibility matrix; it grasps theimplementation of schedule accurately in time through the mechanism of informationcollection and feedback on the progress from bottom to top; it achieves real-time tracking anddeviation analysis of schedule plan with schedule analysis tools as bar chart, s-curve, earnedvalue method and so on; It realizes the rectification of schedule plan by critical path method and effective adjustment measures. Finally, In the light of existing problems of projectschedule management, this paper puts forward schedule management assurance measuresincluding Organization and management, safety management, quality management, contractmanagement, technical management and communication management based on informationtechnology, network planning technology and modern management means.The study foundthat the most effective assurance the progress of the top three, respectively is organization,contract and technical management measures. Studies confirm that some pumped storagepower station project total duration of69months, actual progress there is a certain degree oflag, schedule reliability is about85%, basic control project master schedule.This paper is set on the construction process of some pumped storage power station,hence the study results of this paper can be applied to not only the pumped storage powerstation project promptly, but also the same type of power plant project as a method summaryof power plant project schedule management. |
