After Fukushima nuclear accident, many country in the world starting adjust its energy layoutcombined with the energy demand for energy. Even more, Japan and Germany even choose togive up nuclear power plant operations, to seek alternative sources of energy. However, astrong economy pressure and global temperatures soar forcing the world who re-chose thenuclear power. What China know after Fukushima nuclear accident that nuclear power has itssafety risky property, and China slowed his the pace of national nuclear power development.After that, NNSA organize nationwide security inspections to nuclear powerplant, construction, equipment manufacturing plant and other units. The June13th meeting ofthe central financial work leading group of sixth meeting, asked by the President XiJinping, taking the highest international safety standards, the premise of ensuringsecurity, to start a new nuclear power project construction in eastern coastal area. Nuclearpower equipment manufacturing plant will welcome the development of spring.The main equipment quality of operation for the manufacture of nuclear power plant is adirect manifestation of nuclear power main equipment product quality, and can directly reflectthe management of this nuclear power plant equipment manufacturing factory. Through takeeffective measures including risk analysis and assessment to reduce or avoid risky of qualityproblem, risky management of manufacturing operation is a new probe for theequipment product manufacturing factory.This papers are combining the current situation of A company by using quality risk control ofmanufacturing nuclear power main equipment, using fish-bone diagram tooling to analysis thefive elements such as the personnel, methods, environment, measurement, materialmeasurement, to enumerate all the possible influencing factors of process quality of riskcontrol, and through the ISO9004standard on the self assessment of the possibility toimprovement of various factors. Also, according to the influence of different factors, thispaper are using system method, SWOT analysis, analysis of nuclear safety culture level, flowchart analysis method to analyze and root cause of failure of quality risk control, to putforward feasible improvement scheme for the A company, and carried on the evaluation to theeffect of manufacturing process quality risk control work, put forward the next stepssuggestions.Through the practice of manufacturing operation quality risk management in A company, theimproved method using system theory and quality management, summarized a setof improvement system of quality risk management, which are suitable for nuclear power plant main equipment factory. This research has a good reference value and a guiding role inactual production.
