The safety of nuclear power plants is closely related to the quality of their construction,and quality is an important basis for ensuring nuclear safety.With the continuous improvement of the quality management of nuclear power plants,the quality of quality management capacity requirements are getting higher and higher.This requires the predication of the quality risk during construction process of nuclear power plant within the scope of quality management,early warning,and focus on monitoring,take preventive measures.Therefore,it is very important to study the quality management risk at the stage of nuclear power plant construction.The application of mature risk management method to the quality management of nuclear power plant construction process will significantly improve the management level of nuclear power project,reduce the project cost and ensure the safety and economy of nuclear power plant.This paper adopts risk identification method such as brainstorming method,Delphi method and interview method to plan risk,design and control risk,acquisition control risk,item control risk,inspection and trial planning risk,nonconformity risk,document control risk,record control risk,and process control risk.The risk degree method and the Borda sequence method are used to evaluate the quality management risk of the N nuclear power project construction stage by using the subjective scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the importance degree of each risk factor.A set of system risk response measures has been put forward according to the risk assessment results,and series of good practice of quality risk management resolution.At the same time,the real-time monitoring of quality risk will make the probability of quality risk occurrence as low as possible. |
