The tripping matrix of main transformer, refers to the array which is composed of maintransformer protection and its tripping outlet. When the relay protection engineers check themain transformer protection inspection, they face with differential, grounding, interphasedistance, zero sequence direction, and other types of compound voltage over-current protectionin high middle and low sides, one on each side of each backup protection may be divided intoI, II, III3segments, each segment has a plurality of time, each time the switch tripping is alsodifferent, which constitute the main transformer tripping matrix.At present, most of the test ofmain transformer, relay protection engineers mainly use the traditional multimeter measuringmethod to complete the survey work on protection plate action, but this method ofmeasurement result is not intuitive, can only achieve the detection of single protection plate isaction, not measuring the specific action time, it is also very difficult to differentiate eachaction. There are also through guiding the action contacts to the relayprotection tester way to measure to protection outlet, but the relay protection instrumentprovides open into the contact number is limited, and this method of wiring and complex, hasthe certain risk.Research and application of Main Transformer Outlet matrix measurement system, ismeasured by the method of traditional research, to explore the single-chip microcomputer asthe hardware carrier, verification completed Main Transformer Outlet matrix to icrocomputermeasurement system of the C programming language. Measuring system based on thetraditional multimeter and following the measurement principle of insurance measuringinstrument as the theoretical basis, changes in outlet pressure plate potential trigger conditions,by recording the movement time of SCM, and finally by the action of liquid crystal panelshows export.
