With the development of science and technology, the navigation systemtechnology in the military weapons used more and more widely used in the Navymissile launch platform also applied. This paper aims to study the development of adirect shipboard missile vertical launching system of local reference core interfaceprocessing circuit board, the system interface processing circuit interface board inmany forms and can be used with carrier ship odometer, GPS, SINS, turntable andmanagement machine communications, data fusion process through the requiredcommand parsing, it will send the data to a variety of weapons control platform.This paper analyzes one of the navigation methods, namely, strapdown inertialnavigation system (SINS) and the Global Positioning System (GPS) integratednavigation. And to determine the system uses the loose position, speed navigationalgorithm design gives its data processing method-Kalman filtering based on thestate and measurement equations data fusion algorithms.Second, for the combination of inertial navigation system board with thevarious arms control platform for different interface requirements, this paperfocuses on the core circuitry of project realization. The design of the hardwarecircuit of the entire system will take sub-module approach, designed to DSP chipand FPGA as the core control chip processor circuits. Around the core DSP andFPGA circuit design based on the HDLC protocol, UART protocol and TCP/IPprotocol communication protocol in order to achieve the core board and computerterminals and arms control communication link between the platforms. At the sametime, the design of the GPS module and the front acceleration, angular motionvector MEMS sensor data acquisition circuit. In order to achieve high-speed dataacquisition exchange and combination of inertial navigation system during exercisecritical data storage, designed FPGA-based SDRAM and SD card externalexpansion memory circuits. In addition, the combination of inertial navigationcomplete embedded hardware implementation, the text also prepared a hardwarecircuit for each driver, DSP, FPGA, and computer platform supporting threedifferent combinations of inertial navigation systems embedded hardware software.Finally, the design of modern measuring equipment using inertial navigationsystems embedded hardware and software for each component debugging andtesting, and ultimately all system functions.
