With the performance’s raising of the aeroplane, the fasters used in joiningairframes are demanded to have low weight, high strength, to be corrosion resistingand strain anti. The function of classical faster, especially in anti-strain functioncouldn’t be satisfied in late-model aeroplan’s demand.Nowadays, high-strength steel fasters, especially the high-strength steel boltsadopeted strain-resisted technology have been largely used in the aeroplanes. A fewgreat avigation powers like the USA and the UK have grasped the strain-resistedprocessing technique of high-strength bolts, and this technique has been applied inthe aviation industry, the strain-resisted processing technique of high-strength boltwhich is applied in aviation in China is in a low-level state. We have only masteredthe strain-resisted technique of the ripe high-strength steel materials such as1Cr15Ni4Mo3N and30CrMnSiNi2A a few mature high strength steel material. Theresearch of anti-strain function of the high-strength steel depends on it’s material’sstate. Single material doesn’t suit to every part of the aeroplane. Therefore, theresearch on the strain-resisted processing technique of new high-strength steel boltsmakes important meaning.The topic makes research on the precipitation-harden stainless steel bolt whosematerial is0Cr13Ni8Ni2Al, according to the comparison with several processingtechniques and analysis, we determined the strain-resisted processing technique ofwarm-upsetting molding and rolling strengthening of the screw thread. Relying onthe material performance of the0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al, the bolt’s characteristic ofconfiguration, the size of the screw thread, we made reasonable choose of thewarm-upsetting process parameter (temperature, force, times, lubricant etc), and therolling process parameter (thread rolling blank, rolling force, speed, feed, periodetc).And then, the validity of the processing project was making out by the test andthe articles. By machining the test articles and physicochemical analysis, it turnsout that the process parameter of the warm upsetting and the rolling strengtheningare tallied with the math data and the technical conditions, and the heads and theshanks are not superheat. Besides, each mechanical behavior (the tensile strengthand the shear strength) tallies with the math data’s demand. Contrasting thephysicochemical-strain performance, we make sure that the strengthening techniqueis in advanced. It turns out that,0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al high strength steel bolt in thisstudy, the plan’s of the head warm-upsetting and the rolling strengtheningtechniques were practical and effective, the parameters chosen for the present study and process method is accurate. The setting of the strain-resisted technique andparameter for the high-strength steel bolts, not only promotes the developing of the0Cr13Ni8Mo2Al high-strength steel bolt, being satisfied the corporation’sinstallation schedule, but also lays foundation and ensures for the strain-resistedtechnique of the high-strength steel used in the follow-up aeroplanes.
