In recent years, as wireless sensor networks are widely used, its power supply issue hasbeen a bottleneck restricting its further development. In some remote areas and some specialapplications, the cost of battery replacement is very high or even impossible to achieve, so theenergy harvesting technologies is becoming popular.In this thesis, we focus on methods for vibration energy harvesting, and carry out theresearch and experiments. The thesis mainly contains the following work:1.By reading the references at home and abroad, i learned about the development statusof piezoelectric energy harvesting.2.The thesis analysis the influencing factors for electricity generation performance ofpiezoelectric material. By analysis of the power generation performance of variouspiezoelectric materials, it can conduct a comparative experiment which is about energyharvesting conversion efficiency. The experiment is between piezoelectric ceramic andpolymer piezoelectric film PVDF material. The results demonstrate that the PVDF materialhave higher energy conversion efficiency. Then we investigate piezoelectric material withsame area but different structure, its impact on the power generation performance. Finally wetest the monolithic output voltage and current of piezoelectric material, conduct experiment ofit in series and parallel. The result show that confirm the output voltage and current areimproved by series and parallel combination. The paper researched the influence factors aboutnature frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator, and by experiment analysis, the results showthat the multi-cantilever beam structure can effectively reduce the natural frequency and thethe first order vibration frequency of the motor is close to the frequency of motor vibration,soit is suitable for asynchronous motor vibration energy harvesting.3.The project designed the control system of vibration energy harvesting system basedon SCM to realize auxiliary power supply for the application of vibration velocity. This paperdesigned the circuit of vibration energy harvesting, and determined the conversion efficiencyof the vibration energy. Also, the thesis designed the control system of vibration energy, andcontrol system is designed through vibration velocity of microcomputer; the paper designedthe software and hardware of the control system, and realized the automatic switching between the two kinds of power-supply modes. Finally, the conversion efficiency of thevibration energy harvesting system was analyzed.
