Research On Characteristic And Application Of Generating Electricity With Piezoelectric Ceramic

With the rapid development of wireless technology and microelectronic technology, electronic products (such as mobile phone, mp3, digital camera, notebook computer and GUIDEC) greatly enrich and facilitate the people's life and work, but in the area of energy supply, people still utilize the traditional energy supply, namely, the use of chemical energy batteries as a major energy supply installations. Although the chemical batteries is widely-used, but the disadvantage that they need to be replaced or recharged frequently, waste material, pollute environment, recycle difficultly, is increasingly conspicuous, so there is urgent demand for energy supply.Piezoelectric power generator as a new type of power generation equipment has a very broad application potential, but piezoelectric power generation technology is still at an early stage, there are many problems need to be further studied in the aspect of theoretical research, and optimizing the design, manufacturing. The main purpose of this paper is to study the characteristic of the piezoelectric power generator and the law that relevant parameters affecting piezoelectric power generator's performance, it is the basis for the optimal design.This paper researched the model of piezoelectric power generation based on the classic piezoelectric theory and recent research results. The comparison between simulative data and experimental data proves that the theoretical models are correct. The models were used to study the characteristic of the piezoelectric power generator and the principles that relevant parameters affect the performance of piezoelectric power generator.Shoes that can generate electricity based on piezoelectric effect was designed and fabricated. And the shoes have a good capacity of generating electricity.
