With the development of science and technology and the increasing of people’s livingstandard,the user will be more and more high request to the driving comfort,while the bodyquality will directly influence customer satisfaction,mode as the inherent vibration characteristicsof the structure of the body,the detected rate of each mode of Gu Youpin,damping ratio,vibrationmode diagram.The obtained data were analyzed,which avoidfrom external excitation andengine,chassis and other incentive.Finite element analysis as auxiliary means in the applicationof automotive positive development and design stage is very extensive, because more and morefunctions of finite element analysis software, and the extensive application of software itselfmore powerful, is obviously to improve vehicle design efficiency and design level, due to thefinite element analysis of the intervention, greatly shorten the development cycle, to verify theidea of Optimization Design Co. Element analysis theory and mathematical thought andcombining the results provide a good simulation environment.The testresults with the calculationof modal parameters of modal parameters and comparing with the results of finite element modelis verified. Based on theanalysis of parameters, the influence of mode of vibration is largervehicle performance by means of optimization was improved, to meet the design requirements.This article mainly includes three aspects(1) Describes the basic method of finite element analysis and application of the theory iscombined with the body in white, to make a general description of the finite element modelingprocess, white body geometric model is established according to the need,the calculation ofmodal analysis and experimental modal analysis of car body geometric model, and two kindsofanalysis results are analyzed contrast. To validate the finite element model.(2) Will be comparing modal analysis data and experimental modal analysis data,comparative analysis through the data, and the external excitation frequency, the engine idlespeed frequency, chassis drive system frequency comparison, will easily coupling resonancefrequency vibration mode analysis.(3) Using Hyperworks software are model size optimization, in ensuring theoverall bodybending stiffness and torsional stiffness under the premise of change of body in white someposition of the plate thickness, and then change the white body first-order bending frequency,produce coupling vibration in order to avoid the external factors and the body.In short, experimental modal analysis theory the paper white body method and testprocedure analysis and calculation mode is analyzed in detail and compared by the two sets ofdata obtained, the comparison results have been consistent, explained the white body geometricmodel accuracy is very high, produced by the test results coupled first-order bending frequencyshows white body easily and transmission frequency of the system,through the optimization theory in the reasonable range body system to do the size optimization of a series, and validatedthe optimization results, for futurebody optimization provides valuable reference and guidance.
